Mindful for Schools

Empowering the Next Generation

Our Mindful for Schools program focuses on nurturing the mental well-being of children and teenagers. Through this initiative, we provide educators and students with the tools and knowledge to foster a supportive, understanding environment that can recognize and respond to mental health challenges. Workshops, counseling sessions, and awareness campaigns are just a few ways we’re building resilience and mindfulness in schools.

Maisha Mothers

Supporting Maternal Mental Health

Postpartum depression affects a significant number of new mothers, yet it often goes unrecognized. Maisha Mothers is dedicated to changing that narrative by offering specialized support, counseling, and group therapy sessions for mothers experiencing postpartum depression. Our goal is to ensure that every new mother feels supported, understood, and not alone on her journey to recovery.

Mindful Crew

Caring for Our Drivers

The Mindful Crew program acknowledges the unique pressures faced by PSV drivers. Long hours, stressful road conditions, and the responsibility of passenger safety can take a toll on mental health. We provide stress management tools, support groups, and access to counseling services, aiming to create a healthier, more supportive environment for our drivers.

White Coat

Support for Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers are on the front lines, often putting their mental health at risk to care for others. White Coat is our response to the need for mental health support within this critical community. Offering counseling, stress management workshops, and peer support groups, we aim to care for those who care for us, ensuring they have the resources to maintain their mental well-being.

Family & Friends

Empowering Personal Networks

Recognizing the vital role that personal networks play in mental health support, our Family & Friends initiative provides education and resources for individuals to support their loved ones effectively. From recognizing signs of mental distress to offering compassionate support, we empower families and friends to be strong allies in the journey towards mental wellness.
